It was dark last night!

Last night (friday 1st september) was fun but different!

The power went off in the wee small hours of Thursday, and despite 12 hours of digging and firkling by manweb power was not back on.

The result was a candlelit piano singalong that was wonderfully relaxing.

Hopefully the power is back on (Joe if your reading this, power must be back- why not leave a comment?)

Rob, Razzle, and Pixiedancer are busy populating the forum with idle chat- feel free to join them.

Tuesday Folk Club

At the time of writing, Colin Mathews, who has
done sterling work refereeing the Tuesday folk Sessions, has decided he needs a
break. Over the last few months attendances could have been better, and we are
looking at ways of keeping 'open' live music in the Ship. Suggestions include
'open mic' format and special guests- email folk@shipvictory.com
if you have any ideas- but remember we have to fit in with the Tuesday night
