Grilled Tuna with Orange and Mushroom Sauce

Ingrediants

12-16oz tuna cut into two steaks

small tin of Orange segments in Juice

medium onion

8oz mushrooms

two cloves of garlic.

Salt, pepper and ground herbs and chilli flakes to garnish
